Overnight Experiential

Purpose

The overnight experiential is a two day session: 9.30 day one to 4.30 day two.  It takes place at the start of the programme to lay foundations of trust and confidentiality between the delegates and facilitators for the continued development of the group. It provides an opportunity to get to know and spend time with everyone on the programme

Benefits

It incorporates a balance of discussion and debate about leadership alongside some activities. It provides an opportunity for delegates to be away from their business and to engage in activities which are designed to relate the learning back to their real life work situations.
