How are we doing?

The comments and suggestions scheme is primarily designed to encourage service users to raise problems and issues and make suggestions to improve the delivery of our services. It can also be used to receive positive or negative feedback on aspects of our service. Download the 'How are we doing?' form here. Please return the form to your LISS service point or post it into one of the comments boxes located in the main campus libraries.

We aim to provide a response to your enquiry or comment within ten working days. If there is likely to be a delay, you will be informed via email. Replies to anonymous comments will be displayed on notice boards in our libraries.

Please look at the LISS comments and suggestions policy for further information and details.

If you have a complaint or concern about any aspect of LISS, please contact us informally to try and resolve it quickly and agreeably. If you are dissatisfied with the outcome, you have a right to invoke the University's student complaints policy if appropriate.
