BA(Hons) Sport Studies (Sport and Physical Activity Development)
Location: Lancaster

This course provides opportunities for students to engage with hands-on community projects designed to develop sport or physical activity participation and a formal placement module. It combines academic learning with practical and vocational skills. It produces versatile graduates who can gain employment across a wide range of careers, including sport development, health promotion and teaching.

BA(Hons) Coaching and Sport Development
Location: Lancaster

This course is about the process of developing and coaching sport to people of all abilities. It has a very strong vocational element, including practising coaching in local communities, schools and elite clubs. As well as theoretical knowledge and understanding it equips you with a wide variety of generic and specific skills, which are useful whether employed by a local authority or a national governing body of sport.

FdSc Sport Therapy and Massage

This innovative foundation degree is designed for people who want to acquire practitioner skills in sports therapy and massage applications, with the opportunity to build these into a sustainable career.
