Qualifications – UK degree (minimum 2:2 Hons degree will be considered), GCSE English Language, and Mathematics (Grade C or above) or equivalent qualifications. Basic subject knowledge in chosen teaching specialism (ideally an A-level pass or some degree level subject study although we may consider a good GCSE pass if otherwise a strong application).
School experience – although not an entry requirement, we strongly recommend that you obtain a minimum of 2-3 days secondary school experience in a mainstream UK secondary school observing a class in your chosen teaching specialism before applying.
