As we have many different sites and courses you need to be careful when booking to make sure that you have booked for the correct open evening. Once you have made a booking you will receive an email confirming details of the event. Please check this carefully to ensure it is correct. Programmes to download will be posted on the website nearer each event.

What can you expect from a PGCE open evening?

Our PGCE open evenings are for applicants interested in postgraduate teacher training at University of Cumbria. This can be our popular PGCE courses or Subject Knowledge Enhancement (SKE) courses for students wishing to develop their skills in Science, Mathematics or IT.

You will have the chance to find out more about what it is like here, talk to our expert tutors and student support teams and get to see the campuses and facilities. The evening is specially designed to help you to make the right choices for you.
