Undergraduate Open Days
There's no better way to find out about a university than coming to an open day.
Our open days offer you the chance to discover more about the University of Cumbria; our courses, staff and facilities.
What can you expect on an open day?
During your open day you will be able to meet current students, talk to staff and student support teams and have a good look around the campuses and facilities.
Our friendly staff will be on hand to guide you through our programme of activity. Activities include;
- a welcome talk and introduction to the University of Cumbria
- subject talk by course tutor
- one-to-one drop-in tutor sessions
- admissions advice
- finance advice
- complimentary refreshments
All sessions are optional and a full and easy to follow programme will be provided on the day as well as being posted on here nearer each event so you can prepare your day in advance.
How to find us?
All of our campuses are easily accessible by road and rail with most being located in close proximity of the M6 motorway and the West Coast Trainline.
Can’t make a visit?
We have a wealth of information about all our campuses and the facilities they have to offer.
Find out what our current students have to say about each campus:
Discover life outside of campus, one of the most enjoyable aspects of university life is becoming part of the local communities.
If you're unable to attend an open day (or you simply want to visit again) our campus tours are a great option.
You will be guided around the campus of your choice by a Student Ambassador and will have the opportunity to look around both general facilities and accommodation options.
