National Professional Qualifications

Whether you're just starting to get a taste of school leadership or you're aiming for a position as head teacher, we can offer a course to boost you to the next rung on the leadership ladder.

We have two levels of leadership courses available. The courses provide national recognition of your leadership development and professional achievement. Each one has a flexible, modular structure that combines essential modules with the freedom to develop your own professional areas of interest through the choice of elective modules.

Our lead school is Ripley St Thomas Church of England Academy, which is one of the few schools to achieve Outstanding in every aspect of the Ofsted Inspection. The Principal, Mrs Liz Nicholls, is a National Leader in Education.
