You will be required to attend one of the induction days prior to commencing the first module of your course (distance learning students excepted). Induction days are running in Carlisle on 15 September 2015, 05 January 2016, 22 March 2016 and in Lancaster on 16 and 17 September 2015 (you only need to attend one date), 07 January 2016, 24 March 2016. If you have studied at the University of Cumbria in the past two years, the requirement to attend the induction day may be waived.

The closing date for applications is 5 working days prior to the module start date or, if this is your first module, 5 working days prior to the induction date.

- What can this course lead to?
Having completed this University Advanced Diploma (UAD) Practice Development: Enhanced Health Assessment, you could use it as entry to the MSc/PgC Advanced Practice (Clinical), alternatively you could use this as 60 credits towards a top-up degree in BSc (Hons) Nursing Practice, or Practice Development. You may wish to consider one of the other University Advanced Diplomas (UAD) the University offers, such as the UAD Practice Development: Long Term Conditions, UAD Practice Development: Paediatric Practice, UAD Practice Development: Acute and Critical Care, UAD Practice Development: Wound Care, Practice Development: Emergency Care etc.
