Agresso
Agresso Information
What is Agresso?
Agresso is the University's core financial application, it is the definitive source of all financial information within the University of Cumbria.
What does it do?
Agresso enables management of the full university financial cycle including Purchase, Sales and General Ledgers. These allow the University to control all bills coming into and out of the institution, as well as providing management with a range of reporting and planning reports. In addition Agresso has links to external financial services to allow financial information such as bank statement details, automatic payments and receipts to be processed automatically.
Who uses Agresso?
Core Agresso is used exclusively by financial staff. It is hoped that a new web front end will be developed and made available to a wider cross-section of university staff in Autumn/Winter 2008. This web front end will allow selected access to reporting functions to aid departmental financial planning.
What input does the Applications Team have on Agresso?
The Applications Team, in conjunction with Agresso, the suppliers of the Agresso software, provide day-to-day technical maintenance of the software. The Applications Team provide continued development of its interfaces and bespoke functionality and also technical help to the various specialist sections within the finance department.
I have an Agresso query, who do I contact?
