Information and Communication Technology Services (ICTS) at the University of Cumbria is split between two locations -
 
    
                                The Keepc Lancaster Campus                                   Main Buildingc Brampton Road Campus (Carlisle)
                               The Keep, Lancaster Campus                  Main Building, Brampton Road Campus (Carlisle)

ICTS responsibilities include:   

  • ICT strategy encompassing Network, Technical Operations and Core Applications.

  • Third line fault support and advice; working closely with the LISS Helpdesks and the Technical support staff.

  • Administration and purchasing support for the provision of ICT infrastructure and software.

  • Delivery of a high-quality and cost effective ICT service.

  • Cultivating innovation, delivering best practice, and promoting value for money in the use of ICT in teaching, learning, and research across the University.

Who Do We Support:

IT Support is available to the following:-

  • Full-time or part-time students, including both campus-based and distance learners.
  • All University of Cumbria staff. 
  • Temporary, visiting or partnership organisation members of staff. 
  • Any other group or individual making authorised use of University facilities.
