85 ensuite bedrooms organised into flats accommodating between five and nine residents
Adapted rooms for students with mobility or hearing impairments
Each bedroom is fully furnished with a single bed, bedside cabinet, wardrobe, with full length mirror inside, desk with drawers, shelf unit, desk chair, lamp, litter bin and poster boards
Ensuite shower room provides a shower, toilet and wash hand basin
Communal kitchen (either a breakfast bar or dining table with seating) with a cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster
Central heating and all water, light and heating costs are included in the rent (heating/hot water systems operate in the mornings and evenings)
Broadband internet access via wireless and/or Ethernet (connection fee included in rent)
Television socket in every bedroom (you will need a TV licence)
Coin operated laundry facilities
Bike store on-site
Domestic Services staff clean the communal kitchen, bathroom areas and hallways once a week
Student Residential Coordinator plus overnight security cover on-campus

Catering

Flexible prepaid meal plans are available to suit your appetite and meal requirements. All catering purchases are VAT free and those items which are home made attract a further discount of 5% on the cash price.
