Upay allows you to have complete control of your cashless account over the internet, so like online banking you can manage your account from anywhere anytime.
UPay is available twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week to process transactions in just a few seconds with funds available immediately on your account.
Once you have requested that you would like to use the Upay service you will be set up with a unique user name and password to access the online web loading service. When you first enter the site you can change the password to something more memorable yourself.

Amend your details
You can amend your details at any time within the ‘My Account Details’ screen.

You can re-value your cashless account on line, using debit or credit card. The website is totally secure and uses Commidea for EFT.
Auto card top-up
To make life a little easier you can set up an automatic top-up facility on cashless account so you will never have a zero card balance. Simply set up an automatic card transaction for when your card balance reaches a pre-set minimum. For example you can say when my balance reaches £1.50 please automatically top up my account by £20.00.
Upay Mobile
Upay Mobile is a web application specifically designed for smartphones including iPhones, iPads, Android devices and Blackberrys. The web application is designed to add even more convenience for subscribers to Uniware’s Upay cashless payment solution.
Upay, which is already widely used as a replacement for cash transactions at catering, bars and retail operations across the UK, enables subscribers to manage their account in a similar way to online banking.
Now with Upay Mobile, users can do this simply by clicking on the icon on their mobile device which will take them through to the password-controlled site.
