Biography

Joanne is interested in education, specifically the issues regarding transition and barriers to learning. Joanne’s work primarily focusses on promoting skill development in students embarking on a foundation year at University. Her current projects include reducing assessment stress in university students; the impacts and reasoning behind non-attendance in university students; and improving the qulaity of studnet feedback. She has recently become a fellow of the HEA
