Student Bank Details
In order for bursary and student expense payments to be made by bank transfer from the University of Cumbria, you must complete a student bank details form via e-email from your University e-mail account. All forms must be sent to studentbank@cumbria.ac.uk.
No requests or updates will be made if the form is sent from an alternative personal e-mail address.
No requests for payment will be made unless the form has been received.
Any change of bank details must be completed through the above process, and it is your responsibility to notify us of any in-year account changes.
Please note: Your university e-mail address will be automatically assigned to you for activation near the start of your studies. Please revisit this page once you have this.

Form completion
The Travel Reimbursement Form should be downloaded and saved to your computer or device using one of the following links according to the format you prefer.
The form contains pre-formatted entry fields and is intended to be completed electronically, then saved and returned to us by e-mail at studentbank@cumbria.ac.uk.
For the best experience, we recommend that you complete this using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC or Microsoft Word using a desktop or laptop PC or Mac computer, rather than using a mobile device.
Acrobat .pdf:
There are a number of free programs available for completing pdf forms, however beware that many do not save and submit the data correctly. You require one which fully supports pdf form fill and sign functionality. We have tested and recommend the following:
