Booking & attendance

Do I have to book to attend an open day?

Yes, you will need to book a place on our open day. Please click on the Book Now button above.

Will I receive confirmation of my booking?

Once you've completed your booking, you'll receive a confirmation email. We'll also send you a reminder email closer to the time.

Do I need to let you know of any changes to my booking?

Please do let us know if you can no longer make it to the open day. We can get you booked onto an alternative open day or a campus tour.

Can I bring guests with me?

Yes, we really encourage you to take advice from your parents, family and friends, who will be supporting and helping you throughout your applicant journey. We encourage you to bring them along, and get involved in the days too.

Where can I eat on the day?

Complimentary refreshments will be available throughout the open day, but if you fancy something more, grab a bite to eat in the Barn. Located in the middle of the campus, it's a welcoming space to gather with friends over a coffee or lunch.

What if I can't make the date?

Don’t worry, if you can't make it to one of our open days, you can book onto one of our Campus Tours, with an opportunity to learn more about UoC, speak to a student ambassador and have a really good look around.
