** Event Update**
Due to the ongoing challenges of the pandemic, we must regrettably postpone the AHE in-person conference in Manchester this year to the same time next year in 2022.
However, we are delighted to advise you that we have organised a FREE live virtual keynote event on Thursday 01 July 2021 from 09:10 to 11:35 British Summer Time (8:10-10:35 UTC) with keynotes by two internationally recognised scholars and a Pandemic Pop-up Panel of assessment expert members from the AHE committee. Please follow this link to check your local time.
- Joanna Tai: Assessment for diversity in the post-digital world
Joanna is Senior Research Fellow at the Centre for Research in Assessment and Digital Learning (CRADLE) at Deakin University, Melbourne, Australia
- Paul Ashwin: How teaching, learning and assessment without knowledge undermine the educational role of higher education
Paul is Professor of Higher Education and Head of the Department of Educational Research, Lancaster University, UK
- The interactive Pandemic Pop-Up Panel will address some of the main issues we've all had to face during the Covid pivot away from on-site assessments and will provide opportunities for you to join in the conversation.
We do hope that you will join in and enjoy this topical and highly relevant event. Registration is essential so please book your place online here
We look forward to seeing you on the day.
