Organisations are facing numerous challenges from multiple forces that impact their operations. They must accommodate various stakeholders with demanding requirements. Internally there could be a requirement to streamline processes, reduce cost or adopt a digital business framework. External forces such as changing customer buying patterns, more competitive landscape, an increase reliance on supply chain and the new 'normal' are affecting the way business is conducted. Organisations that do not adapt to these changes may see a detrimental impact on their performance or even go out of business. Organisations need to be able to anticipate the trends and events in a proactive manner. An effective change management is thus important to weather such storms and to realise the benefits to organisations and individuals. (Presenter: Sebastian)
