Project Manager Degree Apprenticeship What impact has the Project Management Degree Apprenticeship programme had on your organisation? It is allowing two key members of our Project Management team to obtain a structured understanding of project management helping them to apply the knowledge in the workplace.
How do you feel that the University has supported you throughout the programme? The students have been supported very well despite challenging circumstances.
What impact is the programme having on the performance of your employees on the programme? It is having a positive impact on the two employees by applying a mix of theory and practice together.
How is the programme benefitting your business? Have any new or improved ways of working been introduced? The benefit to the business is limited although it is assisting with making our approach to training more formalised.
What is your view on Higher Level & Degree apprenticeships? I think they are a great way for students to learn by putting the theory into practice in a live working environment. |
