It has had a positive impact, which has led to a promotion for our apprentice, Jenny. It's great to see it is focused on work-based learning, not just academic: it relates to business today, and in particular to your own business. What impact is the programme having on the performance of your employees on the programme? Motivational & positive. How is the programme benefitting your business? Have any new or improved ways of working been introduced? Improved performance & increased decision making. What is your view on Higher Level & Degree apprenticeships? I think it is a very good idea. What would you say to other businesses considering an Apprenticeship? It is worth investing in, as it relates to your own business. |
