This event is part of our Innovation Coaching & Culture series. This is a structured and supported innovation programme, designed as a series of online sessions for leaders of small businesses, who are actively seeking to innovate and recognise the value in testing ideas as a group.
In this session we’ll look at how we keep the innovation process going in our businesses. So we’ve spent all this time together – so what? This session will be here to meet the groups’ emergent needs, but may well include testing and iteration: exploring hypothesis based creative thinking and the rhythm of creativity and testing.
When is it? 2nd September 9.15 – 12.30.
Where is it? The session will take place online. You’ll receive a joining link once you have booked your place.
Who is it for? This session is for Cumbria based business owners, managers and anyone responsible for managing people. Eligibility restrictions apply*.
Topics covered: Innovation testing and iteration (revision of design thinking model), understanding the innovation process and applying it within organisations for the benefit of your customers.
Session takeaways: Creative thinking models, incremental innovation, business agility and understanding the entrepreneurial mindset.
