A business plan is an important tool as it help you to establish goals, how you are going to achieve them and how to track your progress. 

This session has been designed for anyone thinking of, working on or who have recently set-up a business or are looking to develop a new area of their existing business.  

We will cover essential elements to writing a successful business plan, including: 

  • Identifying your product/service audience 
  • Gathering information 
  • Conducting researching 
  • Describing product plans 
  • Sales and Marketing 
  • Accounting Terms  

Attendees should come away from this session with a foundation knowledge of how to write a business plan. 

No prior knowledge of finance or writing business plans is necessary for this session.
