Futures Festival 2019

29 - 31 January 2019

The Futures Festival is a three-day event offering Institute of the Arts students, alumni, enquirers and applicants the opportunity to hear from industry professionals, get involved in networking and meet potential employers.

Discovering career opportunities. Learning direct from industry experts. Connecting with potential future employers.

That’s what our three-day annual Futures Festival at our Brampton Road campus offers students every January and it’s a huge hit.

Why? Because, not only is it fun, it gives students the chance to mingle with creative industry greats and propels their creative skills to boost their future employment.

Last year, students joined in free workshops and networking events with organisations including Lakes Alive, The Hadfield Trust, Eden Arts, C-Art and the Royal Television Society.

And, they learned from professional artists, including Scott Davies ( actor and opera singer), Louise Taylor ( award-winning photographer), Lorna MacIntyre ( fine art artist), Rick Banks ( award-winning graphic designer) and many more experts and freelance artists.

The 2019 Futures Festival will take place on 29, 30 and 31 January 2019.

Book your place on My Career Enriched (graduates may need to register here first).
