Biography

Jutta Devenish, MA, MCIPR, MIoD

Jutta is a Strategy and Communications Consultant and lecturer. She is the owner of Zeitgeist Communication Ltd..

Jutta offers 18 years’ experience teaching on leadership, strategy, marketing and communication at award-winning universities and business colleges in Austria, Hungary and the United Kingdom. Thes include the University of Applied Sciences Marketing and Communication, Vienna, the International Business School of Budapest (accredited by Buckingham University) and Webster University, Vienna.

Jutta has more than 25 years’ experience leading multinational teams for Fortune 500 companies, international development agencies as well as educational and diplomatic organisations. She has worked across Western & Eastern Europe, the Middle East, Africa, the USA and the United Kingdom. 

With more than 13 years' working at director level, Jutta has worked with organisations such as Dyngey Broadband (European Director of PR), Flextronics (as European Director for Marketing and Communication), World Vision Middle East Eastern Europe (Regional Director of Communications), World Vision UK, Glaxo Smith Kline, Sparkasse Wien, members of the diplomatic corps in Germany and Austria, the Institute for Law and Taxes, Austria, AT&S, Austria.

Jutta holds an MA in International Studies from the University of Reading, a Spanish literature certificate from the University of Granada, Spain, an MBA leadership certificate from Eastern College, USA/Senegal and a Advanced CAM Advertising and Public Relations certificate (Chartered Institute of Marketing). She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations and the Institute of Directors. She has been published in several business publications including in Textadverbiale in Den Romanistischen Sprachen, Bonner Romanistische, 01-May-1995: by Alberto Gil, a linguistic research study on the use of connectors and adductors in political speech. She has featured in numerous international TV and radio media interviews.

Jutta is a school governor at Keswick School and volunteers with youth work in her local church.
