Kath Norris

Biography

I taught secondary physics in both a comprehensive school and a sixth form college in Manchester before moving to Oxford and taking up a post as Head of Physics in a large comprehensive school. I took time out to bring up three children before returning to work as a PGCE Secondary Science Lecturer at the University of Manchester. I moved to Bradford College where I became Head of the Initial teacher Education Department there. I then took up a post as Head of the Education Department at York St. John University before moving to the Univsersity of Cumbria as Ofsted Lead and now Head of Teaching, Learning and Student Experience.
