Biography
David provides executive leadership across UoC’s professional services.
An established COO, with an accomplished extensive track record of over 30 years senior leadership experience and delivery, 22 of which are from within the higher education sector, prior to which he held senior strategic posts within the commercial sector.
David provides strategic leadership for Finance and Resources (including Estates), Business Planning and Annual Operating Plans, Human Resources and IT and IS.
