This programme will provide you with an understanding of the way in which exercise, diet and physical activity contribute to good health and wellbeing across the lifespan. You'll develop the knowledge and skills to plan, deliver and evaluate effective exercise interventions for people that are currently healthy and those with pre-existing disease or disability. You'll take a multi-disciplinary approach to understanding lifestyle behaviours and will gain practical experience in delivering lifestyle behaviour change in a range of practical contexts.
