Lancaster businesses will benefit from learning more about the support services that are available to help boost their business at an event later this month. The event will be hosted by the University of Cumbria and aims to showcase the wealth of support services available to businesses in the local area.
‘Inspiring Business Growth’ takes place on Wednesday, 30 November at the University of Cumbria’s Lancaster campus and aims to highlight what support is available for growth-hungry businesses. All businesses in the Lancaster district that are looking to take their business to new heights are invited to attend, free of charge.
University of Cumbria Development Manager, Steve Wood said:
“The University of Cumbria has a proud tradition of working with businesses both regionally and nationally and this is an opportunity to find out what support is available for business in Lancaster and the surrounding areas. Hosting this event is a chance to showcase our Lancaster campus and our wide portfolio of services that are specifically aimed at supporting business growth while accessing the knowledge and expertise of the university. The University of Cumbria in Lancaster is delighted to be a partner in what should be a wonderful showcase for the support available to Lancashire businesses”
As well as experts from the University of Cumbria, representatives from organisations including Boost; Lancashire’s Business Growth Hub; Lancaster University, Chamber North Lancashire, Department for International Trade, Lucrative Marketing and Digital Lancashire will be on hand to advise businesses on how they can benefit from support.
