Transcripts for courses studied at St Martin’s College are available from 1998 onwards. For awards issued before this date we will do our best to locate original paper records but success cannot be guaranteed.
Full transcripts for courses studied at Cumbria Institute for the Arts are available from 2005 onwards. For awards issued before this date we will do our best to locate original paper records but it is unlikely that we will be successful.
Transcripts for courses studied at Carlisle College of Art and Design are, regrettably, no longer available.
Transcripts for courses studied at the University of Central Lancashire’s campuses at Paternoster Row in Carlisle and at Newton Rigg prior to 2007 can be requested from the University of Central Lancashire at www.uclan.ac.uk/awardcertificates.
Where documents are known to have been produced and despatched but have not been received, and the university has been notified within one calendar year of despatch, there will be no charge for the production of a new document. Where notification of non-receipt is more than a year after despatch or where the document has not been received because the university was not informed of an address change, duplicate charges apply.
Documents which are returned as undelivered are archived. If your document has been archived it will be despatched free of charge.
There is no charge for a replacement document providing the university is notified within three months of despatch date. The applicant must return the damaged document. Duplicate document charges apply beyond the three month period.
There is no charge for an amendment to an incorrect document providing the applicant notifies the University within one year of despatch date. However, if the University considers the amendment is due to negligence on the part of the applicant, for example when you have not made changes to your name if it is incorrect during registration, duplicate document charges apply. You must also return your incorrect certificate.
