Event Information

Transport to the venue
The conference is to be held at Lancaster Campus, Bowerham Road, LA1 3JD.  Lancaster has good public transport networks including a park and ride. 
Pay and Display parking is available on this campus operated by a cashless parking system. It is possible to pay for your parking, by Pay by Phone, App or Connect Cashless Parking website. 

Sentamu building
Registration and workshop rooms will be hosted in The Sentamu Building.  Please a map of the campus here: LANCASTER MAP,  The Sentamu Building is  located as building number 38.  It may be worth saving the map or printing it out prior to the conference to help aid you on the day.

Workshops
There will be sign-up sheets for the workshops available when you arrive.  Some workshops include some time spent outside so please ensure that this is considered when you are choosing your footwear for the day.  Other workshops will be in lecture rooms that you will be directed to on the day.

Dietary Requirements and Refreshments
This was asked at the booking stage.  However, if you do have a dietary requirement that we need to be aware, please contact Jen Ager with details: Jennifer.ager@cumbria.ac.uk.  Refreshment breaks and lunch are included.  There are water fountains on site and Martineau café if you arrive prior to this being made available.  We suggest bringing a refillable water bottle for in sessions and breaks.

Wifi
Conference wifi will be available on the day and a password supplied to access this on signing in.

Media
We are organising to work with the university marketing team to capture the day using photographs and film.  If you do not wish to be included in any media, there will be the opportunity at registration to identify yourself and make your preference known.
