Biography
I was born in Poland and moved to the UK in 2005. I have worked in various sectors of health care, which has allowed me to build a truly comprehensive and holistic picture of the patient’s journey through the system. Starting from a care home and trauma ward in a major hospital, through the tissue bank, Intensive Care Unit and A&E and Yorkshire and London Ambulance Services, finishing at a GP practice before joining LAS again in their Education Department.
A few years ago I joined the Education Department in a substantive post for London Ambulance Service, and from February 2023 I have been seconded to the University of Cumbria in the role of Clinical Lecturer.
My areas of special interest include Intensive/Critical care and neuroscience and psychology of mental health.
