Biography

My background includes work based learning both in HE where I led an MA in Developing Professional Practice and in FE/Adult Learning where I worked on apprenticeships including Leadership and Management and Busines Studies.

I have also taught on a range of Management and Business modules for both undergraduates and MBA students.

For 6 years I was Academic Co-ordinator for all the Masters projects in Strathclyde University Department of Management, teaching research methods and taking 500 Masters projects a year through to examination.

In industry I have worked in the private, public and voluntary sector in a range of roles including as a Project Manager, Regional Training Manager and Quality Manager.  I led a number of change initiatives.

Module leader for HPRO7015 Self-directed Study, HPRO6003 Project Leadership and HPRO6001 Dissertation/Project Case Study.
