Academic and research interests

My background in education and ICT has allowed me to be involved in the management,  development and delivery of an online programme.

The nature of ICT as a creative ever changing subject has always interested me and the impact it has upon society inspired the topic of my MA.  I deliver E Safety CEOP training and also promote the positives of social media in our connected digital world in education.

My MA looked at the how educators use Twitter as a means of CPD in order to progress within their subject disciplines.

Due to my knowledge and experience I am a member of the University Special Interest Group linked to online learning.
