Natalya Atherton

Biography

I have worked for the University of Cumbria since 2023. I am passionate about educating the next generation and ensuring they are safe and effective paramedics with the flexibility to evolve and grow with a fast-paced, evidence-based, working environment. When teaching I aim to prioritise under-pinning knowledge in order to facilitate clinically sound and justified decision making, whilst always ensuring the patient and their well-being is at the centre of all care episodes.
