Biography

Having worked within NWAS for 10-years, I’ve worked through from part-time PTS, EMT (AAP), student paramedic (March 2021 cohort), Paramedic, and now clinical lecturer.

I have a previous degree in Human Biology and gained a lot of my pre-NWAS experience with St John Ambulance and the Army Reserves.

With NWAS I have tried to make a positive difference by giving mentees as much time as possible and creating/engaging with CPD as a trainer. I also completed a short secondment with the National Institute for Health and Care Research as a Knowledge Mobilisation Champion before starting with University of Cumbria.
