I am full-time Senior Lecturer in Midwifery, with responsibility for leading on both the BSc (Hons) Midwifery Degree Apprenticeship and the BSc (Hons) Midwifery programmes; I also supporting my colleagues in their work.
I have previously worked clinically in North Cumbria Integrated Care Trust in both the community and obstetric settings. Prior to this, I was self-employed for many years, before completing my Midwifery training at the University of Cumbria, and am delighted to now be teaching here.
I am currently in the final stages of my MSc Midwifery: Practice Development qualification, here at UoC.
