Mujahid Baksh

Biography

My name is Mujahid, Muj for short. I’ve been a Paramedic for 4 years.

I studied Paramedic Science at the University of Wolverhampton, doing placements with WMAS, went to SWAST for my NQP years and then spent just under two years with SCAS before coming to the University of Cumbria to start teaching.  

My aim as a lecturer is to prepare you all for the future and to be the best Paramedics you can be, regardless of where your career takes you.

Outside of work, I train, coach and compete in Taekwondo and train in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu on a weekly basis. It’s more than likely you’ll see me limping at some point in face to face learning.
