Biography

My name is Tim, I’ve been a Paramedic for almost 13 years with SECAmb, with the last 8 as a Critical Care Paramedic out of Worthing. As my background suggests, I’ve got a keen interest in critical care and hope I can use some of what I have learned to help you feel more confident with those high acuity incidents.

I did my Paramedic Science BSc at the University of Hertfordshire from 2008-2012 and returned there 5 years later to complete a PGCert in Patient Assessment and Management as part of my CCP training.

Since being employed with SECAmb, I have spent time with the Health Informatics team and published an internal report into ACS care, and I have trained with NARU to become a qualified MTA responder.

I am also an RCUK registered ALS instructor and have been involved in the delivery of the clinical days on Key Skills since 2018. I have always had a passion for education and enjoy teaching, so looking forward to meeting you all and having the opportunity to support you through this next stage in your careers.
