Helen Ashley, FCIPD, brings to the role of CPO extensive board-level leadership experience across organisational design, workforce planning, talent management and an inclusive approach to strategy and policy. She is an internationally recognised people leader with a strong track record of delivering collaborative and inclusive approaches to workforce challenges across higher education and health and care services in the UK and overseas.
Throughout her career, Helen has been recognised for her ability to align people strategies with institutional goals, lead complex organisational change, and create environments in which individuals and teams can thrive and belong. A Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, she is passionate about building inclusive, people-centred cultures that achieve lasting impact and success.
