Christopher John

Biography

A retired police officer who returned to university as a law student in 2016. After graduating they worked as a Policing lecturer on the ‘pre-join’ degree in London. They also hold a Solicitors PGDip qualification, support complainants of historical sexual assaults and carry out evidential case reviews.

Academic and research interests

Interested in motivating learners and understanding barriers to learning and how to re-enage with learners who become demotivated especially due to external life factors.
