Saving/Publishing changes

Instructions

There are 3 main functions for saving a publishing:

1. Save as draft (Which simply saves the content without publishing)
2. Save and approve/publish
   Content will be published in the next publish cycle
   If you press "Save for approval" then a moderator will need to approve your changes
3. Publish section/chanel (Publishes the selection content in up to 3 hours)
