BSc (Hons) - Midwifery Degree Apprenticeship
The BSc (Hons) Midwifery Apprenticeship offers an exciting opportunity for healthcare assistants or maternity support workers employed by the NHS to train as qualified midwives through a degree apprenticeship programme, supported by their employer NHS Trust. This programme is designed to develop competent and compassionate registered midwives with up-to-date knowledge of maternity care, enabling them to confidently lead and coordinate the care of women, birthing people, and their families. Throughout the apprenticeship, apprentices receive close guidance and support, ensuring they are fully prepared to step into professional midwifery roles upon completion and make a meaningful impact in maternity services.
