Our Bay, Our Future

Our Bay, Our Future

Children fishing at a beach

Each of the eight Our Bay Our Future programmes use the ‘head, heart and hands’ approach to learning about and caring for the Bay; designed to help children and young people of all ages to grow the values, skills and knowledge needed to care for where we live and secure local green jobs.

Over the next four years, we aim to:

Mobilise grass-roots action, helping to care for our Bay, one of the most beautiful and biodiverse places in the country, addressing the effects of climate change.

Develop green skills, knowledge and values, so that our community feels prepared, ahead of significant regional green investment.

Grow a cross-bay network of Climate Action Leaders, sustaining long-term action across our region!

Our Partners
