Certificate - Primary Care: Challenges and Innovations
The aim of this module is to enhance your knowledge and understanding of primary care in the context of the wider health and social care system, and to critically explore advancements and innovations that improve the efficacy of the primary care system.
This module will centre on:
- the development of new roles, leadership, services, and ways of working in primary care by utilising service improvement frameworks,
- Wider health and social care structures,
- Underpinning literature and policy context situation analysis tools.
Collaborative and inclusive approaches to include:
- Patient and public involvement stakeholder engagement and wider relationships.
- Innovations in primary care including the use of advances in technology and policy drivers.
