Summer Accommodation
Our Ambleside campus offers a range of bedroom spaces to suit all budgets throughout the summer months. Our newly built halls have 71 single ensuite study bedrooms, in a townhouse style, with a further 40 ensuite and 31 standard rooms available.
Our accommodation has free wifi internet access in all rooms, allowing delegates to work in private and relax at night.
Our halls offer self-catering facilities for hot drinks, snacks, and meals.
Lake District Flavour
During the day, our catering team can provide breakfast, buffet lunches, and refreshments direct to your meeting room.
Our light and airy, Barn Café can accommodate up to 30 guests offering a range of sandwiches and snacks, as well as hot and cold drinks.
Our Ambleside campus has a unique menu on offer, including Lake District favourites and locally sourced delights.

The is no last check-in time, as reception is open 24 hours, seven days a week. If you are arriving at the weekend or outside of office hours, please let the Conference Officer know an estimated time of arrival.
