The University is delighted to share their Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Policy. This policy is applicable to all members of the university community. The principles of non-discrimination and equality of opportunity also apply to the way in which staff and students should treat our all members of our community and any other persons associated with the functions of the University.
Our policy includes a non-exhaustive list of associated definitions in section 9, that we may choose to refer to, as part of our responsibilities under the Public Sector Equality Duty (PSED), that includes the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance’s (IHRA) working definition of anti-Semitism and the Stonewall definition of homophobia, amongst others
