Lancaster class timetable

Day Time Class Description
Monday  6:00-7:00pm  Body Conditioning  Aimed at all levels of fitness, this class concentrates on those hard to tone areas, aiding muscle tone, strength and flexibility.
6:00-7:30pm  Yoga  Relax and unwind while keeping yourself energised with this popular alternative form of exercise designed to help muscle suppleness and mental relaxation.
 Tuesday   12:15-1:00pm  Boot Camp  High intensity workout (HIIT) designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals.
7:00-8:00pm  Step 'N' Tone  Works the major muscle groups and results in the shaping and toning of many problem areas. This enegetic and fun class will get your heart pumping in a way that also helps develp co-ordination and rhythm.
Wednesday  12:30-1:20pm  Pilates  The Pilates method represents a unique approach to exercise that develops body awareness, improves postural alignment and increases flexibility.
5:15-6:00pm  Zumba  Suitable for all ages and abilities, this is the perfect way to keep fit, in shape and happy.
  6:00-7:00pm  Body Blitz  This class is designed to give a whole body workout concentrating on toning using a variety of exercises for an all over, full body experience.
