Please be aware some classes may have finished for the summer months. Please contact the sports complex to inquire - all classes will resume in September 2019.
Day | Time | Class | Description |
Monday | 6:00-7:00pm | Body Conditioning | Aimed at all levels of fitness, this class concentrates on those hard to tone areas, aiding muscle tone, strength and flexibility. |
6:00-7:30pm | Yoga | Relax and unwind while keeping yourself energised with this popular alternative form of exercise designed to help muscle suppleness and mental relaxation. | |
Tuesday | 12:15-1:00pm | Boot Camp | High intensity workout (HIIT) designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals. |
7:00-8:00pm | Step 'N' Tone | Works the major muscle groups and results in the shaping and toning of many problem areas. This enegetic and fun class will get your heart pumping in a way that also helps develp co-ordination and rhythm. | |
Wednesday | 12:30-1:20pm | Pilates | The Pilates method represents a unique approach to exercise that develops body awareness, improves postural alignment and increases flexibility. |
5:15-6:00pm | Zumba | Suitable for all ages and abilities, this is the perfect way to keep fit, in shape and happy. | |
6:00-7:00pm | Body Blitz | This class is designed to give a whole body workout concentrating on toning using a variety of exercises for an all over, full body experience. | |
