Lancaster class timetable
|Monday||6:00-7:00pm||Body Conditioning||Aimed at all levels of fitness, this class concentrates on those hard to tone areas, aiding muscle tone, strength and flexibility.|
|6:00-7:30pm||Yoga||Relax and unwind while keeping yourself energised with this popular alternative form of exercise designed to help muscle suppleness and mental relaxation.|
|Tuesday||12:15-1:00pm||Boot Camp||High intensity workout (HIIT) designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals.|
|7:00-8:00pm||Step 'N' Tone||Works the major muscle groups and results in the shaping and toning of many problem areas. This enegetic and fun class will get your heart pumping in a way that also helps develp co-ordination and rhythm.|
|Wednesday||12:30-1:20pm||Pilates||The Pilates method represents a unique approach to exercise that develops body awareness, improves postural alignment and increases flexibility.|
|5:15-6:00pm||Zumba||Suitable for all ages and abilities, this is the perfect way to keep fit, in shape and happy.|
|6:00-7:00pm||Body Blitz||This class is designed to give a whole body workout concentrating on toning using a variety of exercises for an all over, full body experience.|
