Certificate - Advanced Electrocardiograms in Practice (Level 7)
This module will develop the skill and understanding of an extended range of normal and abnormal cardiac conditions to interpret, analyse and apply knowledge relating to 12-lead ECG with support of evidence-based practice. Learning content will support in the understanding of case study clinical scenarios presenting with cardiac complaints. The module will explore the ability to apply assessment and analysis techniques and subsequent understanding of treatment based on underlying pathophysiology. You will determine application to true clinical practice and demonstrate the ability to associate knowledge.
Course Overview
The module will require you to demonstrate learning in the field of clinical practice, but content delivery and submissions will be via online platforms. You will be provided with a summative portfolio to complete which will demonstrate your ability to analyse ECGs in clinical practice.
