CITB Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS)

The Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) is a CITB qualification that provides participants with an understanding of health, safety, welfare and environmental issues on construction sites.

 

CITB Site Safety Plus – Temporary Works Coordinator

This course is for those on site with responsibility for managing all forms of temporary works. It is designed to give confidence to senior management and those who engage with contractors. The course will provide candidates with a thorough knowledge of the role of a temporary works coordinator.

 

CITB Site Safety Plus – Temporary Works Supervisor

This course will provide participants with thorough knowledge of the role of a Temporary Works Supervisor, including a sound understanding of the risk management of temporary works.

 

Professional Qualifications

ILM Level 3 Award in Leadership and Management for Construction Professionals

The Level 3 awards in Leadership and Management are ideal for individuals who have management responsibilities but no formal training, and are serious about developing their abilities. They particularly support practising team leaders seeking to move up to the next level of management, and managers who need to lead people through organisational change, budget cuts or other pressures.
