Student financial regulations

Please ensure you read the regulations in full before registering for your course, below are a few key features that are included.

  • All students (excluding apprentices) are liable for tuition fees for their course. If payment is not received the University reserves the right to chase the student for payment.
  • Tuition fees are due at the start of each year of the course. A student can make payments by visiting the payment page and payment can be made in own currency for international students.
  • If a student withdraws, suspends their study or leaves the University for any reason tuition fees may still be payable. We strongly advise students to contact Money Advice and the Student Finance team before deciding.
  • The University has the right to block IT access to software and de-register students if their tuition fees are not paid. The Finance Team contact students through student email addresses, personal email addresses and on some occasion to home addresses. Please ensure all personal data is kept up to date through Icon.
