This course provides an overview of the risk management process in a project environment and looks at the various tools and techniques that are needed to implement such a process. The course is aligned with both the Association for Project Management’s (APM) Project Risk Analysis and Management Guide (PRAM) and PRINCE2 methodology.

Who is it for?

This course is suitable for all members of a project team who would like to gain an introductory knowledge of the roles and responsibilities of risk professionals, and how risk management operates within the project lifecycle.
